The Alliance Of Christ's Christians In Service's Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible is the true words of God given to us for our salvation, through the prophets. And that those words are without error, true and should by no means should be altered.
We believe that salvation is offered to all people through the death and resurrection of the Son (Jesus Christ who was both perfectly God and perfectly Human) and that anyone no matter how wicked or evil they may appear (because all sin whether small or great lead to condemnation) can be saved. In addition, we believe in salvation by faith alone and as such, many will be condemned.
We believe that this Jesus Christ is the Son of God and was born of the virgin Mary and is perfectly God and Perfectly man. In addition, he did do all of the works and miracles written of Him, was crucified, was dead and now is raised again and is sitting at the right hand of God and will come again to judge the living and the dead.
We believe in the trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost and in the unity of that same Trinity.
We believe in Angels, Demons, Heaven, Hell, the Resurrection of the dead and that one-day the world will be judged and destroyed.
We reject the theory of evolution and believe that the World was created in six lunar days. We believe in all of the miracles written in the Bible including: the ones showing God’s Judgment, the flood (a flood that it covered the entire earth), the ten plagues, the parting of the red sea, that Jonah was swallowed by a whale for three days and three nights, that Christ did rise again from the dead on the Third day and that all the remaining miracles written in the Bible, despite that they are contested by the world and science.
We believe that there is only one true perfect and invisible Church and that it is found in many imperfect and visible congregations, synods and factions of the Christian Church.
We believe that the ACCS is a part of the invisible true Christian Church and that the ACCS has the true teachings of the Bible.
We believe that the Theological statements of the ACCS, the Nicene Creed, the Apostle’s Creed and the Athanasian Creed are accurate interpretations of the Bible, but by no means surpass the Bible in authority.
We believe in adiaphora (things that are neither commanded nor forbidden by God). Believing that adiaphora allows all the congregations of the ACCS to have different views on things that are adiaphora (e.g. whether or not to have a school, Sunday School, what day they worship on, the order of their service, how often they take communion, etc.). However, we believe that everything that they do and believe must be openly taught, orderly, and have a written account of what it is and the reasons behind it.
